Looking for new Kind of Politics in India

I have been thinking of a new kinda politics .. I have thoughts for almost 5+ years now and still thinking... Don't know if that is right wrong but the strong vibes that I get are real (at least feels that way :) .. if I stop and think with my "salaried and a balanced man" hat on it..seems bit radical, but if I think spiritually that seems to be right way to do it.. I'm going to blog about it..but yet not ready.. So some questions...I have found so many intellects here itimes that certainly can make a difference.. So far my thought could not be changed but sure it can be… It’s not about me but about my human fellows (not just Indians)… (I request everyone reading not be judgmental but feel free to give your opinions...)

- who should really get into Democratic Politics? Educated individual? Should he have a degree or a doesn't matter?
- What is the right age to be a democratic leader? Mind it here is the leadership of the people and not a business.. where one is looking at make 4 out of 2... Its about leading life... and not money...
- Should he have family? Married? or be a single?
- What basic principles and values should one have?
- Should one see the world before being the leader or he can be the leader and then see the world?
- Should we have a college degree to be a leader?
- Should he care of getting elected every election or just be a speaker/worker who is there to help (a well wisher)? Mahatma Gandhi did not adapt to be a part of Indian politics even though he was social activist...
- Should he always speak the truth? or only those that benefits him or his political agenda?
- Should he have lots of money? or no money at all?
- Should he play simple politics or a chankya style?
- Should he do everything to get to Power or “The people” should be his agenda?
- Should he be knowledgeable about the Economics, science or just people’s emotions and welfare?
- Should he be famous OR guy who is just "selfless"?
- Should he be forgiving OR ensuring that culprit gets punished in the form so that it sets an example of everyone others? Like some part in middle east where they cut hand in case someone is held stealing...
- Should be bring his own thoughts to lead or change his thoughts as per the Peoples’ he leads?


I believe we don't have the right mix people in the leadership and hence we are where we are, we have few good people who are making the difference but most of the leaders are just sucking the life out poor people... I'm cautiously optimistic to a see a change in leadership in next 10-15 years...
